Here at Pacific Northwest Doodles, we are breeding carefully selected, hypoallergenic Bordoodles, Bernedoodles and Cavapoos. Our puppies grow up into wonderful family pets, therapy dogs, and even service dogs.

We are located in Boise, Idaho and families come to us from all over the United States, Canada, and beyond!

We believe strongly in the health and welfare of our puppies and only breed dogs that have been health tested/certified with OFA or Pennhip, CAER, and a full DNA panel to ensure your puppy cannot inherent any genetic diseases. Read more about our parent health testing here. To back this up, we offer a two year health guarantee for each of our puppies. Our goal as a responsible breeder is to do everything we possibly can to produce the healthiest litters due to our good genetics and diligent health testing protocols. Additionally, we raise our puppies using Puppy Culture which produces well rounded, well socialized puppies that grow into healthy, happy adults. All of our breeding dogs live in a home as a dearly loved member of the family, either in ours or in a carefully screened Guardian Home.

At Pacific Northwest Doodles, we have been working with families for almost a decade helping match the right puppy to each family utilizing our extensive knowledge of puppy development, behavior, and in depth temperament evaluations.

We are committed to raising each puppy with the same high standards, regardless if you are looking for a service dog, therapy dog, or your next beloved family pet. We utilize the world renowned Puppy Culture method to raise each puppy and believe it creates the crucial foundation your puppy needs to succeed.

About Us

Hi, I’m Jennifer, and I am the heart behind Pacific Northwest Doodles.

I am committed to making your family complete with a hypo-allergenic puppy that fits right into your family. I am passionate about ensuring that each family is supported through every stop of the process starting from our first phone call where we talk about what you are looking for in your next forever pet, or that amazing day that you meet your puppy and take them home. Our relationship doesn’t end there. When you purchase a puppy from me, I want to hear from you after you take your new baby home. Your puppy is loved, cared for, and prayed over from day one here and I want to see them grow up.

I put my whole heart into what I do. I want pictures of birthdays, their first swim, vacation adventures and halloween costumes. My varied dog background includes over 15 years working with dogs and training Autism Assistance Dogs and Diabetic Alert Dogs! My specialty was temperament evaluations and placing puppies with their perfect families.

The “why” behind what I do is more than just because I love puppies (which I very much do), but because I love people. I love helping. My heart is to serve, and breeding perfect family dogs is the way I have found to do that.

The first step is to check out our upcoming litters under “Available Puppies”, and the next step is filling out an application! The application gives us a better idea on what you are looking for and is able to help guide us toward helping us help you know what breed is the best fit for your family and lifestyle!

Come join the Pacific Northwest Doodles family and make your family complete!

Meet our amazing parent dogs

All of our breeding dogs live in a home as a dearly loved member of the family, either in our home, or in a carefully screened Guardian Home.

Each of our girls has undergone rigorous health testing and the studs we use have gone through the same high standards of health testing.

  • “Pepper is the most wonderful Bordoodle! Now 7 months old, he has been a “real” boy puppy. He so much enjoys playing with all his toys, running, and yes, zooming too. Growing and learning every day, we are constantly amazed at his intelligence. He is such a lovebug, and is learning more and more that he loves all the attention he gets everyday. Yes, he has a way to go to get full house privileges, but he improves every day, and is enjoying his earned freedoms. You can tell in Pepper’s breeding that Jenn has pulled out all the stops to have the absolute best quality in not only him, but all her pups. Checking DNA, blood lines, and parent dogs for the most desirable characteristics barely touches the surface of all the behind the scenes work that assures anyone who is interested in obtaining a pup from Pacific Northwest Doodles that they are going to have the most wonderful pup to bring them joy for years and years.” - Ralph, Patty and Pepper

  • “In Idaho we finally got to meet Jennifer, the owner of Pacific Northwest Doodles. She had been walking us through the whole adoption process and sending us frequent updates and pictures of our little guy (and his siblings) for the past couple of months.

You better believe these puppies were cute!

We were so excited to meet Benjamin! As a bonus, we got to meet his mom Pixie as well. She is such a sweet and friendly dog! We knew that our Ben came from a loving home and would be a wonderful addition to our family.

What I didn't know was that I'd just brought home my best friend. Thank you Jennifer for all that you do!!! Each and every day is a blessing.”

    - Amy and Benjamin

  • “Adding a family member? This is the breeder to contact. PNWD made sure to listen and understand what I was hoping for in a companion dog. With that information, they helped me choose the most amazing puppy. Codi is intelligent, willing to try anything, go everywhere and settle for hours while in the office. Training has been a dream and those we interact with in parkour, farm agility, obedience, tricks, hiking, rally, therapy work, travel and more are taken with her gentle nature and avid happy engagement with any activity. Bordoodle is my breed and Pacific Northwest Doodles are my source.”

  • “Bing is the best pup ever! We are so grateful for the intentional care he received early in life. He came to us at eight weeks with a beautifully settled nervous system. He is calm and engaged and cuddly, and yet a real go-getter outside chasing the ball or frisbee or playing with other dogs. He loves people and is bright as a button and extremely quick to learn. Five stars is not enough!

November now and Bing is 7 months old. He continues to delight us with his sense of fun and his intensity of “work ethic.” Yesterday we joined two bigger dog friends in their weekly half hour swim session. Bing was appropriately cautious at first, but happily swam out to meet his friends with me holding him around the torso for moral support. Within minutes he was confidently swimming on his own, paddling across the pool at speed to retrieve rubber chickens. It was pure delight to see his enthusiasm and prowess! He is healthy and strong and a joy to be with.

Bing is our first dog and we owe great appreciation to Jen for setting us on a good course for puppy training and nutrition.

One more thought. This cross breed is as smart as you would expect. Bing loves all kinds of games and puzzles. He liked nothing better than to engage with us in some new challenge, and then have a good cuddle to celebrate success.”

    -Kathleen and Bing

  • “We're thrilled with the puppy we adopted from Jennifer and the whole experience, from start to finish. Jennifer kept us in the loop as the pregnancy progressed and we were delighted with pictures and video clips of the pups minutes after they were born. When we picked Quinn (aka Barbie from Hazel's bordoodle litter) up in March, it was clear that the cuddly, sweet-tempered puppy had been well socialized, well loved, and well cared for. She has a sweet disposition, gets along extremely well with other dogs and people and is very smart and eager to please. Jennifer provided plenty of advice on training and veterinary care. Can't recommend Jennifer highly enough!”
